My partner and I would like to have a horror spoof film that has a type of supernatural force in it. We would like our movie to be about a ghost of some kind. Possible ghost movies: - A killer ghost that lives in a freezer. My partner has access to our school's training room, so we would be able to film around and in it. There is a large freezer that would be perfect for a crucial scene in our movie clip. - A haunted car An actor who is my partner's friend that we are thinking of asking has an old car which could be used as a haunted prop. - An electronic twist on the Bloody Mary tale Instead of summoning Bloody Mary in front of a mirror, "Techy Mary" would be summoned by saying her name three times and turning off your phone's flashlight in a dark room. Techy Mary would kill the summoner if they had ever left a mean comment on any form of social media. Return of the Killer Tomatoes is a 1988 comedy horror film directed by John De Bello. This film is a sequel to the 1978 film Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, and it is the second film in the four film franchise. Return of the Killer Tomatoes stars Anthony Starke, Karen Mistal, John Astin, and George Clooney. The film made 5 million dollars at the box office, but had an unknown budget. The film begins with what is presumed to be a mad scientist laughing while standing over a tomato, while saying "this time, it shall not fail." The words Four Square Production presents appears on the screen, and the title card follows it. The title begins as Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, but Attack is crossed out and is replaced with Return.  Assorted clips of tomatoes attacking people are shown, such as a giant tomato rolling towards a group of soldiers. The Refrigerator is a 1991 supernatural comedy horror film. The film's budget was estimated to be $500,000, and it was released on VHS in 1993. A book, which is about vampires, opens and shows the names of the film's stars. The pages after the star's show the names of the costume designers. My partner, Caileagan, and I researched a variety of movies in the horror spoof genre. One of the movies we found was The Attack of the Killer Tomatoes . Upon further researching, we found that the movie spawned 3 sequels and an animated TV show. Another fact we found was that most of the movies have a signature catchphrase. The Refrigerator 's catchphrase is "No Survivors, Only Leftovers." The catchphrases stay in a person's head so they can remember it and think about the movie. 

Scream 3 was a horror/spoof film created in the year 2000. The movie's budget was $40 million, and it earned $161.8 million in the box office. Famed actors include Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Courteney Cox, Patrick Dempsey, Scott Foley, Lance Henriksen, Matt Keezlar, Jenny McCarth, Emily Mortimer, Parker Posey, Deon Richmond, and Patrick Warburton. Attack of the Killer Tomatoes  is a 1978 musical dark comedy film. It had an estimated $100,000 budget, and made $567,000 at the box office. The film stars David Miller, George Wilson, and Costa Dillon, and has been nominated for the"Stinker Award" for the "Stinkers Bad Movie Awards". Attack of the Killer Tomatoes is about tomatoes gaining sentience and revolting against humanity. The first two minutes of the film are taken up by scrolling text saying that when the film The Birds was released, people thought it was laughable, until 7.5 million black birds invaded a town in Kentucky. The rest of the first two minutes are taken up by a scene that shows a woman washing dishes until a tomato comes out of her sink and corners her. I will be making a movie for my project. I am good at filming footage, which is essential to creating a film. My friend Caileagan and I will be working on creating a film together. The two of us have AICE Media Studies together. We would like to create a spoof horror movie. Caileagan has experience acting, and so do I. I will most likely be the main film director of the project. Caileagan will be the main actor. Together, we make a great team.

I believe that creating a film for the project selection is the right fit for me. While watching the Newsroom, I saw the way how professionals filmed their show and how they edited together scripts. I think that editing the shots together could be a challenge for me because I might feel like my finished product isn't good enough. Sticking to a filming schedule might also be a challenge because I may want to add more shots than originally intended. However, after watching the Making of Ferris Bueller's Day Off, I saw that filming can prove to be interesting. I think that the filming and directing process is something that I would excel in. I have always liked being behind a camera, ever since I was 5 years old. I can keep a level head when I get stressed about things, which is a good skill to have if one is a directors. Overall, I believe that creating a film is the perfect fit for me.

I believe that making a making a magazine for this project is not the right fit for me. However, print journalism does have aspects that are interesting to me. In "All the President's Men", the main characters seemed to be very involved with their articles and the issue that they were writing about. I think that I would be good at formatting the magazine and typing up the responses to questions from an interview. Regardless, I assume that interviewing a person would be a weak spot for me. I am socially anxious, and it usually gets the better of me in situations like in an interview. Picking a topic for a magazine would be challenging, because I am mostly not very interested in what the majority of magazines have to offer topic-wise. Overall, creating a magazine would not be a good fit for me. I am not fond of interviewing people and I am not invested in magazine topics.
